Concealed Weapons and the Body of Christ?

Not so recently, for I have waited some time to write on the subject, I came across some churches that offer "concealed WEAPONS" classes. Then I googled the topic and found a whole lot of churches that offer concealed weapon classes.

Yes, churches...You know, The "Body of Christ".

And Yes, Christ... That guy who said things like...

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’ But I tell you, DO NOT RESIST an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to voilence turn to them the other cheek also. And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, use a hand gun hand over your coat as well. If anyone forces you to go one mile, go get your shot gun go with them two miles. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
LOVE YOUR ENEMIES.

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’(that's more like it...) But I tell you, LOVE YOUR ENEMIES and shoot PRAY for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven.

Weapon: any instrument or device for use in attack or defense in combat, fighting, or war, as a sword, rifle, or cannon.

Weapons do not seem to fit in with the Christian narrative. And I don't think you can find such things as "weapon classes" in the church, for at least the first few centuries anyway.

Now, this is not a post about gun control and it's not (meant to be) a political post of any kind. I am merely asking someone to please explain how this is justified in and through the church. How does any church, that Has ever read the above words of Jesus and is so "literal" about everything else in the Bible, justify offering a "Concealed Weapons" class?

Just to make sure i am clear, this is not about the hypothetical, extreme situations (If someone breaks into your house and threatens your kids...) that often come up in the defense of gun ownership, I am not arguing any of that here, but rather iam only referring to Christian CHURCHES offering weapons classes. I am not referring to individuals owning guns or taking classes outside of the church and I am not talking about people's "rights".

And if you attend a church that offers concealed weapons classes I am would like to hear from you. I look forward to the responses and writing more on the subject.
